The skilled mechanics at the Northern® factory are at your service to remanufacture pumps to a “like new” condition. Our mechanics carefully dissemble and inspect the pump to determine which parts need replacement or reconditioning. After we have been authorized to proceed with the rebuild, we will reassemble the pump with the necessary new and reconditioned parts. Our dynamic test on the dynamometer breaks in the pump by slowly ramping up to the rated speed and pressure of your application. This testing simulates the actual field duty conditions. We also verify the pump capacity and horsepower requirement. This testing guarantees that the remanufactured pump will have new pump performance.
The Northern® Rebuild Service Is Quick And Easy To Use.
Just call your Northern® representative with the pump's model number and serial number and the necessary paperwork will be prepared in advance. Upon receipt of the pump, we will promptly inspect the pump and fax or e-mail you a quotation. In our quotation we will detail the new parts and reconditioning needed. To show the possible savings, we quote the new pump price versus the rebuild price. We will not proceed with the repair until we have your authorization.
