Cassie McKenzie – Marketing & Sales Representative

Prior to joining the Northern Pump team in June of 2010, Cassie has developed a wide range of skills within the manufacturing industry. She previously served as a Marketing Assistant, Web Analyst, and Customer Service representative at various manufacturers. Additional responsibilities allowed her to gain valuable experience in accounting and contract management at a telecommunications construction contractor. Cassie’s focus on exceptional customer service and web development will play a key role in the development of the Northern Pump division’s distribution network.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire in Applied Mathematics and an Associates Degree from the Bemidji State University in Liberal Arts. Cassie is currently continuing her education with an emphasis in Web Programming & Analytics.
Outside of work Cassie enjoys scrap booking, gardening, hiking, running, and she coaches both volleyball and basketball.
Dale Erickson – Production, Assembly & Factory Rebuild Coordinator

Dale’s 20 year Air Force career in logistics makes him a perfect fit for handling all of Northern Pumps production and assembly operations. During his military tenure, Dale was responsible for maintaining inventories in support of B-52 and KC-135 aircraft. Dale served in operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, where he was tasked with developing a viable system to support aircraft maintenance operations.
Dale’s experience repairing, assembling, and testing Northern Pumps will provide customers with an outstanding source for any questions related to reconfiguring, repair, and refurbishment of Northern Heavy Duty Gear Pumps.
Dale is currently working towards a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.
In his spare time you can find Dale attending and participating in local tractor shows and agricultural fairs. He takes pride in rebuilding and restoring antique John Deere tractors and equipment to preserve the history of the American farmer. Dale and his wife are also avid snowmobile riders.
Randy Antonich – Product Manager

Randy’s start in the manufacturing industry began as a Machinist, and later as machine shop supervisor in the United States Army. After six years of service, he broadened his business experience while serving as a Golf Professional. Delivering exceptional customer service was a key skill that was developed during the several years spent teaching the game, as well as managing several golf operations. In 2004, this commitment to customer service remained a critical focus that was carried on in Randy’s return to manufacturing. Since joining McNally Industries in 2006, he has served in various roles in engineering and manufacturing.
Randy is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Operation and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout (Industrial Management), and an Associates Degree from Gateway Community College in Phoenix, AZ (Manufacturing Technology). He is a graduate of the U.S. Army’s Machinist course, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Course, and Primary Leadership Development Course.
Randy enjoys golf, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and will rarely turn down a Scrabble or cribbage game.




Nathanael received his first taste of the manufacturing industry as an apprentice machinist. He operated a variety machines and performed various manufacturing duties while pursuing his college education. A Minnesota native, Nathanael has lived in Wisconsin since 2004.
He earned an Associates Degree in Mechanical Design Technology from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College.
Nathanael enjoys hiking, canoeing, reading, and spending time with family.
Denny has served the manufacturing industry as a machinist and mold maker since 1997. His broad experience with a variety of machine tools, machining techniques, and part families allows him to support the rapid manufacturing cycle that Northern® Pump requires. Denny's role as a Manufacturing Process Engineer facilitates the continued tradition of producing precision custom engineered gear pumps and products. The younger half of the Northern father/son duo has been employed at McNally Industries since 2009.
Denny earned an Associates degree in Machine Tool Techniques and Mold making from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College.
Outside of work you can find Denny at the racetrack or building his dirt track race cars. He also enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
During his tenure at McNally Industries, Lawrence has supported a wide variety of military and defense programs. He has been machining parts since 1973 and he joined the Northern Pump team in 1997. His vast machining experience and general manufacturing knowledge is a key driver of our continued efforts to improve our productivity. If you are a Northern® pump owner, chances are that Lawrence has manufactured a large portion of your pump plates!
Lawrence earned a Machining Certificate from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, and has participated in a variety of professional development classes and programs over the years.
When Lawrence isn't building Northern Pumps, you can find him on a lake or in the woods, hunting and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren.
Dennis is a seasoned craftsman who has served in a variety of machinist positions prior to joining the team in 2011. A majority of his time has been spent in short-run production and prototype machining environments, which makes him a perfect fit for the Northern production team. The older half of the Northern father-son duo can operate just about any type of machine tool, and has spent time crafting similar mechanical systems.
Dennis earned an Associates degree in Machine Tool Techniques from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College.
During the summer months, Dennis enjoys dirt track stock car racing with his children. The winter months are spent touching people's lives as a drop in replacement for Santa Claus. In his remaining spare time, Dennis enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking for relaxation.
Mike joins the Northern team after a wide range of pump related project management educational experiences. The newly graduated mechanical engineer has spent a great deal of time as an intern in the pump industry, and is well on his way to becoming extremely well prepared to handle custom design projects. His studies focused on external gear and other pump performance characteristics. He also has demonstrated the ability to lead other engineering students. Mike is well versed in SolidWorks and will be leading efforts to analyze and develop many new potential pumping solutions.
Mike earned a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. He is an associate member of the Society of Mechanical Engineers and is preparing to pursue certification as a licensed Professional Engineer.
Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, fly-tying, camping, and spending time with his family.


With over 15 years of machining experience, Brandon is the perfect addition to the Northern Manufacturing team. The primary focus of his previous employment has been with rapid prototyping and short run production operations. This experience lends itself extremely well for execution in the fast paced and customer driven environment that Northern Pump operates. All though his machine of choice has primarily been the Vertical machining center, Brandon is well versed many other machines, controls, and machining processes.
Brandon earned a machining certificate from Waukesha County Technical College in 1996.
Brandon often relaxes while video gaming or playing his guitar.
